- Stir well and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, Kasuri methi & salt. - Mix well and sauté for another two minutes.
- Now add the vegetable stock. - When it comes to a boil, reduce heat. - Simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
- Add the paneer and simmer for another 5 minutes without cover.
- Add the cream. Stir gently. Cook for two minutes.
- Sprinkle the garam masala powder.
- Serve with naan/tandoori roti/Parantha/Jeera Pulao.
