  1. Take a big bowl put flour and add water in it. Make a dough, and make pedas from it.
  2. Take a rolling board, and roll one peda on it.
  3. For stuffing, wash coriander properly let it dry for a few mins.
  4. Then add salt, red chilli powder and aamchur powder in it.
  5. Now put this stuffing and roll the paratha properly.
  6. Then make long slices of it and roll it on the finger one by one.
  7. Then press it little bit and again roll it from all the sides
  8. Now heat a pan and cook it from both the sides, apply oil as per needed.
  9. Spicy and yummy paratha is ready, serve it with curd,chutney,pickle or sauce and with lots of love.
