- Now slowly-slowly start adding maida in it, start whisking them immediately so that no lumps are formed in the milk & desi ghee.
- After mixing them dough will be very hard.
- Now cover the dough with a plate & let it rest for 1.5 hours.
- Now after 1.5 hours start rubbing the dough to make it smooth so that there will be no cracks while making sheets.
- Then cut the dough in equal balls.
- Take one ball, make it in a medium-thick sheet with the help of a rolling pin/ Belan.
- Now cut the sheet in diagonal shapes or diamond ♦️ shapes.
- Do this same process to all the remaining balls.
- Now take a kadhai, add oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, add shakar pieces in it & don’t stir them immediately & add as many pieces in kadhai so that heat distributes equally.
- After 1-1.5 minutes, stir them & fry them till they are golden brown in colour.
- When they turn into golden brown in colour, turn off the gas & take them out in a plate & let them cool down for 2-3 hours.
- After 2-3 hours, Your Shakar Paare are ready to be served.
