  2. Wash it with running water, then place them in such a way they can drain the excess water,leave it for a while.
  3. Pre heat your oven to 180 degrees, grease your baking tray.
  4. Ensure that you have sprinkled enough salt to your ground nuts,then pour them on them on the baking tray,sprinkle oil (during this process you can sprinkle the salt and oil with your clean hands)
  5. Place them on your heated oven, bake them for 40 mins or until ready.
  6. Once baked, allow them to cool a bit then enjoy.

There are two main varieties of peanuts in Kenya namely the runner type and the bunch type (Red. Peanuts are so easy to roast at home. This recipe only requires raw peanuts, a hot oven, and the patience to keep the oven door closed for one whole hour, no matter how wonderful the peanut aroma!
