- Now mix the chopped veggies, grated coconut and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the cooker cool.
- In a wok heat ghee. Allow the panch phutan to splutter. Add tej patta, chopped onion and green chili. Fry till the onion translucent.
- Now and chopped tomatoes, grated ginger and salt as per required. Cook in medium heat till chopped tomatoes are soft and mushy.
- Add half a cup of water, mix well, bring to boil and transfer to cooker containing boiled dal, grated coconut and veggies.
- Mix well. Cook and bring to boil without covering. Switch off the flame and add the fried Cumin powder to give a beautiful aroma and taste to the prepared Dalma. Now the Dalma is ready to serve. - Thanks
