  7. Now add garam masala powder & dahi, mix well.
  8. Now bhindi, stir it nicely, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done. Do not stir in between.
  9. Open the lid now, add ghee, increase the flame, just give a gentle stir for a minute.
  10. Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving dish.
  11. Serve it with Roti or Paratha.
