- Take oil in a wok, heat it, add bhindi, fry it till light brown, do not over cook it, keep aside.

- Grind tomato & kaju together in a grinder, make a fine puree, keep aside.
- Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water again, stir fry it for a while.
- Add tomato kaju puree & salt, stir fry it for a while.
- Now add garam masala powder & dahi, mix well.
- Now bhindi, stir it nicely, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done. Do not stir in between.
- Open the lid now, add ghee, increase the flame, just give a gentle stir for a minute.
- Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving dish.
- Serve it with Roti or Paratha.
