  2. Lentil curry- cook the dal with turmeric and salt. For tempering dal take desi ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds hing chopped onion ginger and garlic red chilli. Add tomatoes and fry,When golden brown pour on the dal and cover with lid.Garnish with green coriander.
  3. In a bowl mash potato and add salt,red chilli and 1/2 spoon mustard oil. Garnish with coriander
  4. Peel roasted brinjal add finely chopped onion ginger garlic mustard oil 1/2 spoon salt to taste.garnish with coriander.
  5. Assemble and serve with green chutney dipped batis, lentil curry,and two kinds of chokha
