  1. Take Potatoes Boil it in Cooker till 2-3 Whistles, cool it down and peel them off and cut into Cubes and Keep aside.
  2. Now take a Kadhai or Pan add 2 Spoons full Desi Ghee heat for 2 min then add Panch Phoran 1 Spoon, cumin seeds, 1 spoon burn for 2 min then add chopped ginger garlic paste, 2 soon and 1 spoon green chilies and let it heat for 2 min again.
  3. Now add all Dry Masala into it, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry Mango Powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, mix well fry for 2 mins then add 2 cups full tomato puree, into it mix well and fry for 5 min till retain oil over the surface.
  4. Now add boiled potatoes cut into cubes, mix well cook for 2 min then add green peas, salt to taste mix well and cook for 10 to 12 min, then lastly add 1/2 Spoon garam masala and 1 spoon kasuri methi, Cook for 5 to 7 min till the Gravy becomes thick.
  5. Garnish with Green fresh Coriander. Serve it hot with Chapati Naan Paratha or Puri. Your Delicious Dhaba Style Aaloo Matar Tamatar ki Sabji is Ready to Enjoy.
