  11. Ab biryani ka salan bhi tayar hy aur tikke bhi tayar hain so ab chawlon ko dho ke boil kar lein boil karne ke liye pani main zeera taizpat long bari elaichi aur namak dal ke pani garam kar lein jab garam ho jaye pani toh us main chawal dal dein
  12. Chawalon ko ziyada boil nahi karna hy thore kache hone chahiye ab pani nikal ke chawlon ko chali main chaan lein
  13. 8 adad piyaz ko main nay kat ke brown kar ke nikal diya tha bhona piyaz aur food colour jo ke thore pani main dal ke banaya hy biryani ki teh ke liye koila phir say jalane ke liye rakh dein
  14. Chawalon ko do hisson main kar lein ek hissa handi ki teh main dal ke us pe food colour charak dein aur us ke upar biryani masala dal dein aur us ke upar tikke rakh dein phir bhona piyaz phela ke chawalon ki dusri teh lagaein
  15. Chawlon ki dusri teh laga ke phir us pe food colour charken biryani salan tikke aur bhona piyaz dal dein
