  1. Make the dough, coat the dough with oil and leave to rest for 20 min.
  2. Chop the spinach, green onions and pour into a large bowl. Add the crushed cheese, eggs, parsley and dill.
  3. Open the dough and make the filo pastry for the burek, then put them in an oild baking pan. After we have set the half of the filo pastry, pour the filling and then place the other half of the filo pastry.
  4. Everytime we put a filo pastry, we oil it.

I made the cottage cheese optional as I don't always add it, but it tastes great both ways.
