Dust dry dough and make small puri add panneer stuff in the centre and close it properly softly again roll paratha adding dry dough. Keep tawa on the stove to get heat. Once tawa get heat place paratha. When one side is partly cooked flip it to other side and cooked applying ghee.turn over and flip again both side.place the edges of Paratha with the help of spatula and cook till golden brown.
  4. For mint chutney- take all ingredients given in a mixer jar and blend it a smooth paste. Take it in a serving bowl and serve it with chutney, yoghurt butter
