- Dust some flour on the stuffed paratha.Begij to roll the paratha. Use wheat dust if required.
- On a hot tawa, place the rolled paratha.Wheb base is partly cooked,spread some ghee on the partly cooked part.Flip and repeat the same. Make sure both the sides are cooked well.
- Serve with chilled yoghurt or mango pickle or tomato sauce.
