- Take wheat flour and Maida in one big bowl add red chilli flakes salt and oregano add chopped coriander leaves and knead a dough.
- Make equal sized bolls from the potatoes mixture
- Now roll out the roti from dough and fill one potatoes mixture boll in it again roll the paratha and roast it applying oil or ghee on both the sides.
- Yummy paratha is ready to serve. Serve with tomato ketchup.
