- In a bowl add whole wheat flour and add salt. With water make a soft and smooth dough. Rest for 5 mins
- Make balls and stuff the filling. Roll the balls to a Roti and set aside
- In a tawa roast the Roti and set aside. Baste with ghee or butter and enjoy hot with pickle
