- Mix everything together.. The filling is now ready..keep aside..
- Now take 1 dough ball..& press it between your hands… using the rolling pin, roll it into a circle..add the filling..
- Bring the edges of the rolled paratha together & pinch to seal the edges..
- Press the dough & roll it again with rolling pin..now placed the paratha on heated tawa..Cook the side for a minute & then flip over..
- Apply oil on paratha…cook paratha until both sides have golden brown spots on them..
