- First of all take maida and wheat flour, add almost 75 ml water to it gradually and make a soft dough. Cover it and give rest for 15-20 minutes
- Now let's make stuffing…take 200 gm of paneer and crumble it. Then chopped tomato capsicum and onion into very small pieces with the help of vegetable chopper.
- Add chopped vegetables into paneer also add grated cheese cubes in it.Then add 3 crushed chillies.Mix all these very well.
- Now add 1 tsp black pepper powder 1tsp Amchur powder and salt to taste. (Add salt carefully as cheese is salty).Again mix all this very well and stuffing is ready
- Knead the dough,make it soft and make equal portion of it…take one portion and roll it into medium size roti with help of roller and pin.
- Take 2 to 3 spoonful stuffing and put it in the middle of roti..cover it gradually and tighten it…Again roll it gently and carefully to make a round paratha..
- Preheat tavi for 5 minute and put paratha on it..add 1or 2 tsp oil and cook it both the side gently…Now paneer stuff paratha is ready to eat..you can eat it with Pudina chutney.
- For chutney…took chopped Pudina (mint leaves) coriander leaves (dhaniya) 1/2 cup curd,salt to taste and 2-3 chillies in a mixie jar,add little amount of water and crush it finely in to smooth paste.Yummy chutney is ready…
- Serve Paneer paratha with Pudina chutney and tomato sauce.
