- Take Salt as per taste
- Take 1/2 tsp eno

- First take idli batter in a bowl add salt and little water and mix it well
- On th other hand keep water to boil as shown in pic
- Now add eno and mix it well quickly
- Pour it in a greased plate and sprinkle some pepper powder on it
- Keep it to steam fr abt 6 to 7 mins
- Now in a tadka pan take oil and whn hot add rai, sesame and curry leaves
- Pour it on th dhoklas and cut it into pieces and serve with green chutney.
We call this safed dhokla aka white dhokla. Because on occasion we make yellow colored dhokla where chana dal is used. So the color name used to differentiate both. White Dhokla (Rice flour Dhokla) is one of the famous Gujarati Dhokla variants. This fermented dhokla is healthy and light sour snacks options.
