  1. Take 2 bowls in1 bowl take Beetroot flour, salt,1-tbsp oil and knead a smooth dough with water. Similarly knead a dough with spinach Wheat flour & keep aside.
  2. Take a plate and mix crumbled paneer, grated cheese, garlic, salt,green chilli, tricolor capsicum & pizza masala.
  3. Now knead both the dough with little ghee & make equal balls. Roll paratha like puri keep stuffing in center cover it & again roll paratha gently. Cook paratha both sides applying ghee on medium flame.
