  1. Take Ready made puff/short crust pastry
  2. Prepare Pesto (2 tbsp)
  3. Take 1/2 side of salmon
  4. Take Asparagus

As you are using lettuce in this wrap recipe you can not store them in the freezer as lettuce doesn't. Wrap it up in a tortilla, and voila! Instructions to make Salmon wrap:
  1. Roll out the pastry and lay the salmon in the middle. Make sure there is enough pastry on each side to perform the wrap.
  2. Spread the pesto over the top of the salmon and lay the asparagus on top.
  3. Cut diagonal strips into the pastry either side of the salmon and plait it over the top.
  4. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes (180C) until golden brown
  5. Serve with veggies etc. This plate looks a bit beige but it was yummy.

Moving around a lot, I find that cities often do not share the same restaurants. I lived in Seattle for a few years, and am now in Pensacola, FL. I missed the Samurai Salmon Wrap from World Wrapps. This is my effort for re-creating this taste sensation. It's a wrap with a fabulous Japanese-Asian flavor and a blend of textures to savor.
