- For the buttercream, using an electric mixer, beat together the butter and cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy. And the Nutella and beat until well combined
- With the mixer on low-speed, sift and add the powdered sugar gradually (about 1/4 cup at a time), mixing until incorporated after each addition. Then, increase speed to medium-high and beat until smooth
