- Whilst you're frying the peppers, start cooking the noodles
- Once the mixed pepper and onion is soft, add the prawns, sliced mushrooms and sweetcorn.
- Add salt and maggi to taste and cook on low heat.
For the noodles I used Fresh Thai Noodles which are yellow in colour and flat, I purchase them in the fridge section of the supermarket. Add 'The Sauces' (Sesame oil, lime juice, ketjap manis and sweet chilli sauce) into the wok, stir fry until bubbles and the prawns are pink or no longer transparent. Stir-fry the prawns until they are pink and then remove them from the wok and keep to one side. Turn the vegetables in the wok, cooking for a minute, return the prawns to the pan and add the cooked noodles. Toss around until the noodles are heated through.
