- Roll out your dough and cut it in a rectangle shape.
- Put your fillings and roll it like a mat when your reach d end u use ur egg to rub d side and cover it.
- If you are going to bake it then you will rub egg on top again to make it look shiny,but if you are frying it then dont rub d egg on the top.
- Heat your oven and bake it or heat your oil and fry it and your fish roll is ready to be served.
