- Add the mushrooms and a pinch of salt and cook for about 5 mind till the mushrooms are half done.
- Add the capsicum, bell peppers, and the green spring onions and cook til the vegetables are cooked. Make sure ethereal capsicum is still crunchy and not over cooked.
- Mix all the sauces in a bowl and add to the vegetables. Add a pinch of pepper to it and Cook on a high flame for 3-5minutes.
- Serve Hot as a starter or a side with fried rice.
