  1. Heat palm oil in a clean pot,add grinder pepper& scotch bonnet and stir fry for 2 mins.
  2. Add your tomato paste and cook.
  3. Add your grinded garlic,black pepper and ginger powder.
  4. Add your smoked and crayfish.
  5. Add water (moderate),add some salt,seasoning,sumbala and cook for 6 mins
  6. Add your parboiled rice &crayfish,stir well and cook for 10 mins (low heat)…..enjoy.
