- Grease the modak mould. Fill in the rice dough pressing towards walls.
- Make cavity in the center throughout and fill the jaggery filling.seal the bottom with some more dough and press gently.
- Open the mould. Take the modak out. Repeat this process for all of them.
- Prepare a steamer. Steam the modaks for 10 to 12 mins.
- Let them cool. ENJOY !!!
