  2. Prepare 1 and half cup of beans
  3. Get 2 small cups of palm oil
  4. Make ready Fried fish
  5. Take 2 medium onions

  7. Get 7 large chili pepper
  8. Take 7 habanero pepper
  9. Prepare 5 pieces Garlic
  10. Make ready to taste Salt and maggi
  11. Get 4 cups rice
  12. Take 1 and half cup of beans
  13. Make ready 2 small cups of palm oil
  14. Take Fried fish
  15. Take 2 medium onions
  16. Prepare 7 large tomatoes

  20. Get to taste Salt and maggi

Heat up oil and saute onions. Add tomatoes and cook until they shrink. Add in blended garlic and stir. Add in coarsely blended crayfish and stir.

Steps to make Palm oil jollof rice:
  1. Wash the beans to remove any dirt,put inside pot and add water.now boil the beans until it is 3quarters done.
  2. Wash the rice thoroughly and set aside
  3. Blend the tomatoes, peppers and garlic…put in a pot together with the palm oil and steam until all water dries up
  4. Add 6cups of water And the three-quarters done beans.leave to boil for about 30mins
  5. After 30mins of boiling,pour the rice,salt and Maggi and leave for 10mins
  6. Now,add the fried fish and onions and leave untill the water dries up
  7. Palm oil jollof rice is ready
  8. Serve with any juice of your choice

  10. Blend the tomatoes, peppers and garlic…put in a pot together with the palm oil and steam until all water dries up
  11. Add 6cups of water And the three-quarters done beans.leave to boil for about 30mins
  12. After 30mins of boiling,pour the rice,salt and Maggi and leave for 10mins
  13. Now,add the fried fish and onions and leave untill the water dries up
  14. Palm oil jollof rice is ready
  15. Serve with any juice of your choice
