- Now remove the rice flour mix on a plate (it should be still warm and not cool).Make a smooth dough,add little water if needed and apply oil on hands so that the dough doesn't stick.
- Make balls from the dough,and shape them with hands in to a thin small roti or katori,appling oil or water while shaping.
- Fill it with coconut stuffing and give shape as Modak.
- Make all Modak,s in the same way. Keep the modak's in the steamer, cover and cook for 10- 15 minutes. When u touch Modak should not be sticky that means it's ready.
- Modak,s are ready to serve.
