- In another bowl take gram flour, salt, chilli powder and mix them. Add water and make a little thick paste.
- When the potato is ready keep it for some time to cool down.
- Take oil for frying. After that make small balls of the above mixture. Dip it in that gram flour paste and deep fry them.
- Take them out. Serve hot with chutney, sauce.
