Vada Pav Recipe is a famous street snack originally from Mumbai. Spiced potato dumplings dipped in gram flour (besan) which are then fried and stacked in. Vada pav, alternatively spelt vada pao, wada pav, or wada pao, pronunciation is a vegetarian fast food dish native to the state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a deep fried potato dumpling placed inside a bread bun (pav) sliced almost in half through the middle.
