- Divide the potato mix into equal patties and flatten.Make a batter of gramflour or besan.Add salt to taste.Then add rice flour,red chilli powder,turmeric,baking powder,a pinch of baking soda,ajwain,hot oil and mix.
- Add water to make a thick batter and beat well so that no lumps are there in it.Heat oil in a pan.Dip the chops in the batter and fry on medium heat till nice and crispy golden brown.Serve famous street food of Kolkata Aloo Chop with Muri and green chilli.
