- Now transfer the rice flour mixture into large mixing bowl. - When the flour is still hot, knead with your hand. - Sprinkle water if required to form a smooth and soft dough.
- Make small lemon sized ball of the dough. Grease the modak mould.
- Shape the dough in the mould and fill it with the filling mixture
- Once all the modak' s are shaped, steam the modak's in a steamer till cooked or for 20 to 25 mins.
- Serve hot with a dash of pure ghee
