Steps to make Parippu vada(kerla style):
- Soak the lentil for overnight.next morning wash it and drain the water.
- Take a mixi jar add lentil cruse the lentil paste without any adding water to the coarse mixture.
- Take a one bowl add lentil crush mixture and all ingredients and mix it.
- Make a small lemon size balls from this mixture using your plams and like a Vada.
- Heat a sufficient oil in a pan. Now add Vada flip and fry until golden brown on both sides.Drian out in a absorbent paper.
- Parippu Vada Serve hot with tomato ketchup and any chatuney.
