- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and droud shareef
- Take a pressure add chicken,potato#binding agent (cut in dice after peel off)chanadaal some salt to taste and all other spices along add onion(dice cut)garlic,ginger(kadukash) add water and 1tbls oil give a whistle
- After that when all ingredients will be tenderize and water reduced keep a side until for cool down
- Now take a dasi blender(chato wata😂😂) and blend it untill all ingredients will be combined very well
- Now take it out in paraat add coriander leaves and chilli mix it and make a kabab like tikki shape press it very well when make it and keep for 10m in fridge for set(you can freez it for 15to 30 days in air tight container)
- Now take it out beat your egg take one kabab dip in egg and fry it on medium flame
