- Get 2 cake tins and spread the batter equally in both trays and pop in the oven for around 25 mins on 175‘C. Check with a toothpick or skewer if batter has been cooked (if it hasn’t some mixture will go on the toothpick), and cook longer around 165’.
- Once done, get it out and allow to cool and make the icing (optional) i stopped here and just sifted a bit of icing sugar in my cake
