- Add eggs, coriander,salt and some Garam masala or you can add chop green chillies coriander and onion after processing up to you.In that case don't add green chillies in boiling. - Take the cooked mixture in a Processor till it becomes smooth..
- Take a hand full of the ground mixture and shape it into a small round patties. - Do the same for the rest of the mixture. - Fry to a deep golden brown - OR - Lightly dip each patty into the beaten eggs. - Fry to a deep golden brown. - Serve hot.
