  9. Take sugar in sauce pan and add little water.Allow it to boil on medium flame.Boil the syrup till one string consistency comes.Add cardamon powder to the syrup.Off the flame and add all the fried shell to this sugar syrup and mix well.
  10. Once it is cooled completely then keep it in air tight container.
  11. Sweet shells are ready to eat.
