- Wash the bottle gourd.Peel the bottle gourd.Take the thick peel. Wash it properly.
- Take a pan add tsp of oil. Heat it add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
- Saute it lightly.Put off the gas stove flame.
- Add tamarind,roasted chana,salt, coriander to a mixer grinder jar. Add salt, pods of garlic and lauki chilkas(peels). At last add the tadka from the pan.
- Grind the chutney and serve it with dosa, idli, appe or any other snack.
