- Mix plain flour, rice flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, salt, turmeric and baking powder in a bowl. Now add water as required and make a thick batter which can be coated on the banana pieces nicely.
- Peel bananas and cut one banana into 4 pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot at the banana pieces into the batter and fry it until golden in colour. Prepare all the pieces in the same way.
- Solve it hot with tea or coffee.
I have to have some thing sweet after dinner. Did not have anything else to satisfy my cravings except a banana. I already have a version of banana fritters in this blog. This one is a updated version of it with new pics as well. I love this version more than the old one.
