- Take cadai put ghee add sweet potato grated fri 5 min that raw ness it less..take into a bowl
- With the same cadai put sabudana fri well 4 min mean while few petals of saffron put half cup milk
- Once sabudana fried add hole milk cook until it should be soft
- Once it soften add sweet potato mix again add sugar..saffron milk cook 4 min it should thick…turn off firm
- For garnish :: put 1 tsp ghee add drifruits fri roasted take to bowl
- Put the kheer on a serving plate garnish with drifruits and sprinkle the saffron… ready to serve sweet potato sagu kheer
