- In another pan heat oil and add the grated scotch bonnet add the grated onions and fry add green pepper
- Add grated carrots, add the cabbage and mix well add seasoning
- Add the mince meat mix well and allow it to cool, take the wraps add the mixture
- Fold into shapes fry in hot oil and serve
