- Flatten the dough put some meat and start pulling in the dough to form a bun
- Like this,then roll the ball on the surface to form a well round ball
- Repeat the same to all and place In a baking tray,pan etc
- Apply the egg wash on the buns and sprinkle some simsim seeds and let them puff for some 30-40mins
- After the 2nd puffing now let's bake the buns in our preheated oven at 180° for 30 mins,when it was 10mins to time I covered my pan with foil because the buns had got the colour that I wanted
- All done,just look at that golden color..these buns were just calling out to me 😂
