  4. Once the potatoes are ready, mash them well in a bowl
  5. Season with salt and add the rice flour
  6. Mix and knead for a minute
  7. Scoop portions of the potato mix and add a teaspoon of palm sugar to it
  8. Seal and create balls(you need to finish this while the potato mix is still warm)
  9. Set water to boil and then let it simmer
  10. Add the potato balls in batches to the water and cook for 1-2 minutes
  11. Remove from water and immediately coat them with scrapped coconut
