  6. For Chole:-tak a pressure cooker and add sm oil to it..
  7. When the oil heated add soaked white cheakpea and saute..Now add Trmric powder,rd chilli powder grgr grlic paste and salt and saute for 5-10 min.Now add sm water and pressure cook 4 5- 6 whistles…and dein switch off the gas
  8. Now open the pressure cooker and check the water consistency….not so thick and not so liquidy.
  9. Now arrange all the tikkis in a plate and pour 1/2 cup of chole on it…now add 2tbsp of curd,Green chtny,sweet termarind chtny…
  10. Now add Chppd onion and coriander leaves with chaat masala and lemon juice….
  11. Lastly garnish with nylon sev and dry pani puri with anar dana and serve hot….

Initially I did, but I found their consistency to be too watery and the. Crispy fried puris made from sooji/semolina/rava for pani puri /Chaats. Chaats are popular Indian streed food. I love chaats and always thought making these puris at home is difficult. Pani puri or golgappas is My most favorite chaat from childhood.
