Instructions to make Urad daal gosht:
- Wash the meat and add pressure cooker add onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, all spices masala powder, Salt bay leaves cardamom and add some oil mix well. Add 1 cup water let it make 3,4 whistles on high flame.
- After 5 minutes slow down the gas let it cool for few minutes. And open the lid cook for 2 minutes until the smell goes away.
- In a pressure, cooker add black gram add 4 cups water. Add turmeric powder, black cardamom, bay leaves 2 cloves, Salt. Cover the lid let it make 6-7 whistles, after 6 minutes transfer black gram in a meat mix well for 2 minutes and Cook. Urad gosht is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
