Combine all the ingredients for the sauce mixture and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, add the ginger, garlic, green chili, onion, bell pepper and the baby corn.   4. Take a pan and put little oil. Put some chopped garlic,curry leaves, green chilli slices.
  5. Then add tomato sauce, soya sauce and little water and mix together.
  6. Then put the crispy BabyCorns and mix it well for sometime. When it become dry then remove from the pan.
  7. Dry Chilli Baby Corn is ready to serve.

Cut each baby corn into three pieces. Dust the baby corn in plain flour and corn flour. Deep fry them on a very high heat to make it crip on the top.
