  3. Add 01 tbsp chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp coriander powder, salt to taste.
  4. Add 01 tbsp ginger garlic paste and water as required to make smooth batter.
  5. Mix well and make batter. Check picture below for consistency.
  6. Add paneer cubes and marinate well for 20 min
  7. Deep fry paneer till crisp and golden brown
  8. Remove on plate
  9. Lets make chilli paneer
  10. Take a pan add 02-03 tsp oil and add garlic, green chillies
  11. Add diced onion and saute for a minute
  12. Add diced capsicum and 01 tbsp black sesame(optional) and saute for 01 min(do not overcook)
  13. Add 02 tbsp vinegar, 02 tbsp soya sauce.
  14. Add 01 tbsp chilli sauce and 01 tbsp ketchup
  15. Add 1/4 tsp salt.(do not add too much as sauces contain salt and fried paneer also has salt)
  16. Add fried paneer and sprinkle some ajinomoto for authentic chinese taste(if you want you can skip ajinomoto)
  17. Mix it thoroughly and serve it hot as starter or with fried rice, noodles etc.
