The baby corns are shallow fried along with spring onions, brown sugar and various sauces used in Chinese. Cut each baby corn into three pieces. Dust the baby corn in plain flour and corn flour. Add the crisp fried baby corn and toss it well with light soya sauce.

Instructions to make Crispy dry chilli baby corn:
  1. First, we are going to blanch the baby corns in hot water for 5 minutes on a high flame.
  2. Then we are going to make a batter. For that, we are going to add all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons of corn starch or cornflour 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder one tablespoon of salt mix it well with water. Then add the baby corns marinate it well.
  3. Heat a pan take a good amount of oil for deep frying the baby corns. Once it gets fried keep it aside
  4. Take a pan heat 4 tablespoon of refined oil once get heated add the chopped garlic fry a little on a medium flame then add chopped onions cook it for around 3 minutes then and chopped capsicums again try for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Then add salt 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a dash of water it for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium flame and cover the lid
  6. Then add the fried baby corns cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes add some water
  7. Take a small bowl take one tablespoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder and water it should not be thick but it will have a consistency of like water add this mixture into the cooking pan cook it well at this stage you can add fresh coriander leaves or else you can add while garnishing. This particular dish should be dry and doesn't have enough gravy so you must try this delicious food.
