  7. Take 6 green tatasi
  8. Take 3 cubes Seasoning

Instructions to make Ofada stew:
  1. Blend the ata rodo and green pepper boil till it reduces and is thick.
  2. Bleach the palmoil for 8-10mins.allow it to cool
  3. Put the bleached palmoil back on heat,add sliced onion.
  4. Fry for 2mins and add the ogiri fry both together.untill there is a bubble floating on top
  5. Boil the meat with onion,salt and seasoning cubes for 30minutes.
  6. Pour in the meat inside the frying ogiri and onion and fry for 5mins.
  7. Then pour in the blended pepper.fry and be stirring at intervals for 7mins.
  8. Add seasioning cube and crayfish.put off the heat after 5mins.
