- Add salt to it and beat it well together.
- Lastly, add 2 tbsp of prepared mughlai paratha masala to it, mix it nicely and the stuffing is ready.
- Now take out the dough and divide it into four equal parts.
- Take a dough ball and roll it to turn it into a little thin bigger flatbread.
- Then put the whole stuffing on the center of this thin flatbread and spread it evenly.
- Then fold its sides one after one, just fold it like an envelope.
- Take a flat deep fry pan, heat oil and shallow fry the paratha.
- Turn it down when one side is getting nice golden colour, continue the process until it both sides get crispy and nice golden brown in colour like a puff pastry
- Then remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel to soak the excess oil.
- Mughlai paratha is ready, enjoy it with aloo sabzi or tomato sauce.
